The first time I had Indian/Pakistani-style sour pickles, it was maybe 2015. My friend Mani had taken me to Punjabi Deli, and he urged me to try the pickled mangos. It felt like my mouth was imploding. I couldn’t imagine taking another bite. While this thought was still in my mind, I had some more pickle. It’s been a flavor I’ve sought out ever since. π΄

I’ve been using the Helium browser for about a week, and I really like it. Fast, minimal, open source, and no ads/spyware/bloat. Honestly, the worst thing about it is the icon. π½
